1. Why are some videos smaller in size?

BreedItRaw.net has been in business for many years and some of our older videos were not shot in 1080p HD. Newer scenes will have more options for optimal playback.

2. When are the live shows?

Live shows are conducted at least once a week. Check The Show schedule on the Calendar, located in your menu.

3. How do I cancel?

To cancel your membership please visit our authorized payment processors SEGPay or CCBill and lookup your transaction. Once your purchase is located, you can select to cancel your account. You will receive on-page confirmation as well as an email confirming that your account has been canceled.

4. How can I confirm that my account has been cancelled?

Upon successful cancellation of your account, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used during signup. If you did not receive the confirmation email or don’t have access to the email address on file, you may visit our authorized payment processors SEGPay or CCBill and lookup your transaction. You will see whether it shows a status of active or cancelled/expired.

5. I don't recognize some of the charges on my credit card statement.

We provide discreet billing for our customers. This means the description of transactions will not show the name of the site you purchased from. Your charges will show up as SEGPAY.COM*Andomark or CCBill.com *elxcomplete. When you signed up, you were sent a welcome email with your signup details and/or purchase information. 6. I forgot my password, how do I reset or retrieve it?

In order to retrieve or reset your password, please visit the site you originally signed up on, click the members or login link and then click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. 8. My File Wont Download

When downloading a file, please click on the file size you want to download. A box will appear that says "Right Click" the link below. Then right click on the "DOWNLOAD MOVIE" and SAVE LINK as... This will save the file to the specified location on your computer. If you are experiencing "failed" downloads, please reset your cache and try again. Only then if the file DOES not download, please contact us via the site through a private message. Our support staff can send you a direct download via dropbox. The download will require a password and an expiration time.

9. How Do I Change My Password?

There are two ways to change your password. The easiest and fastet way is to simply send us an email via the website Private Messaging Platform and we can do it for you. The second way is to click the Forgot Password/Touble Signing In Link from the login in page. You will be redirected to CCBill at which time they will require specific payment information to retrieve your account.
